At Spartan Designs LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-designed products. Please review our policies below for details on returns, refunds, and warranties.


Return Policy

We do not accept returns for custom-designed products, as each order is printed and shipped specifically for you. However, if you experience any of the following issues, please contact us at customerservice@spartandesigns.com within 30 days for assistance:

  • Quality concerns
  • Damage on arrival
  • Manufacturer errors

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it.

Note on Color Consistency:
We strive for color accuracy, but variations can occur due to factors like machine type, settings, and environmental conditions. These minor differences are considered acceptable and are not covered under our quality guarantee.


Defective or Damaged Products

We will replace or refund defective or damaged items if the damage is:

  • Caused during manufacturing or shipping
  • Due to errors in quantity or product specifications

Warranty for Spartan Cans

Spartan Cans come with a one-year warranty for damage. If any part of your Spartan Can is damaged for any reason within one year of purchase, we will create a replacement section free of charge. A flat $4.99 shipping fee applies.

Warranty Terms:

  • One claim allowed per purchase.
  • Clear photos of the damage must be submitted for verification.

This warranty reflects our confidence in Spartan Can durability and commitment to your satisfaction.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards
