Spartan Cans Shipping Policy

At Spartan Designs LLC, we aim to ensure your Spartan Cans are delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding shipping timelines, costs, and practices.


Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Orders for in-stock Spartan Cans are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Standard Time.
  • Custom Orders: Orders for customized Spartan Cans (including custom engraving or multi-color options) are processed within 2-3 business days during the same timeframe as above, with most orders usually processed the same day.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are calculated from the date your order is processed and shipped:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (US): Next business day or 2-day air options are available.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate fee of $4.99 applies to all standard shipping orders under $50. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and require payment based on rates set by UPS.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. For any issues, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Packaging

Spartan Cans are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Spartan Designs LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on standard Spartan Cans that are not customized. To qualify for a return:

  • The can must be in its original condition.
  • The can must be returned with the original gift box it arrived in.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customized Spartan Cans are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Warranty

We stand behind the durability and quality of Spartan Cans. If a part of your Spartan Can is damaged for any reason within one year of purchase, we will create a replacement section of your can for free. However, customers are responsible for a flat shipping fee of $4.99 to receive the replacement. Please note:

  • The warranty can only be claimed once per purchase.
  • The damaged part must be reported with clear photos for verification.
